Implemented on 1st January 2019, K-REACH impacts companies that export, import or manufacture chemicals present on the Korea Existing Chemicals List (KECL), in South Korea.
The phase of pre-registration of chemical substances, ends on 30th June 2019. To be able to pre-register and register, companies must appoint an Only Representative (OR) who is certified by the Korean government.
